We begin with a short consultation and check-in, allowing us to assess how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, we move into the breathwork practice, where I’ll guide you through conscious breathing techniques while explaining their effects on your body and mind. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 3 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. The session can be transferred once only to a new date and time. Refund Policy: All package purchases are non-refundable. The session can be rescheduled or transferred once. Health Considerations: Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns or conditions that might affect your ability to participate in breathwork or movement exercises. Preparation for Your Session: Please wear comfortable clothing and have a water bottle. Arrive well-hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal right before the session.
