At #HWCLB, connecting with our community members is one of our greatest joys.

It's essential for us to learn about the inspiring and creative women who share their journeys with us.
We believe that every woman who attends our events and is part of our club has a unique story that can motivate and uplift others. Their life lessons, beliefs, and inspirations provide the fuel to move forward and pursue their dreams. We hold a firm belief that happiness is a choice.
However, we all need resources and like-minded women to help us along the way. That's why it was so important for us to have this conversation with Iya, to learn about her path, and to share it with you.
HWCLB: Tell us a bit about yourself and how you aim to make a difference in others' lives.
My name is Iya. I am a non-linear entrepreneur, the leader of a team of 300+ people, and the founder of the essential oils space @tviy.terra. My personal mission as an entrepreneur and bearer of the doTERRA culture is to positively impact people's lives by introducing them to an alternative approach to natural health care. I provide essential oils consultations, aroma events and workshops, and practice with oils and touch.
HWCLB: With such a busy professional life, how do you balance work and personal responsibilities?
For me, the best solution is to create a schedule and plan not only for work but also for free time and family.
HWCLB: Creating a schedule is a great strategy. How do you stay positive and motivated when times get tough?
I believe that in the darkest times, it's important to find even a small light. The main thing that helps me is sticking to daily rituals; they keep me going. Daily exercise, resting when needed, and focusing on what I can control is also essential for me in such times.

HWCLB: Your daily rituals sound vital for your well-being. What inspired you to pursue your current career or business venture?
I was inspired by my first company convention event. I realized that I have a similar vision and values with doTERRA—making a difference, helping others, and addressing health and emotional concerns. Back then, I realized that I wanted to be a part of this business.
"I wish for all women to embrace their unique path and always remember the power you hold within." – Iya Bilotserkivska
HWCLB: It's clear your career is deeply meaningful to you. What practices do you incorporate into your daily routine to stay spiritually grounded?
I have integrated several rituals into my daily routine, including meditation, and gratitude practice, and I'm now starting to incorporate somatic practices as well.
HWCLB: Your spiritual practices must help maintain balance. What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work?
I love travelling, and my business provides me with the opportunity and time freedom to explore new places. I’m also passionate about various body practices, such as yoga and massage. Recently, I discovered aerial yoga, and I’m absolutely in love with it.
HWCLB: It's wonderful that you have diverse interests. What skills do you believe are most important for success in your field?
I believe that strong communication skills and the ability to listen to others are the most important.
HWCLB: Communication is key in many aspects of life. What message would you like to share with women who are just starting out in their careers or entrepreneurial journeys?
Embrace your unique strengths and trust in your abilities. Surround yourself with supportive people, and stay curious. Focus on enjoying the journey rather than just the final destination.
HWCLB: Focusing on the journey is such valuable advice. How do you stay inspired and passionate about your work?
I find that constant learning and meeting new people keep me motivated and inspired. I love discovering new things and hearing about the experiences of others; there is so much power in that.
HWCLB: Learning from others is indeed powerful. Imagine you can talk to your heart. Your heart is asking you, "Tell me, do you feel happy in your life? Why?" How would you reply, and how do you identify happiness?
Yes, I feel happy. I love who I am, where I am, and the people I am with. For me, happiness is feeling grounded, connected to myself, fully present in the moment, and doing exactly what I want to do.

HWCLB: Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
I wish for all women to embrace their unique path and always remember the power you hold within.
Iya Bilotserkivska's journey is a testament to the power of embracing one's unique path and staying grounded through daily rituals and practices. Her dedication to making a difference in others' lives through her work with essential oils, combined with her passion for constant learning and self-improvement, is truly inspiring. Iya's story reminds us that happiness is a choice and that we all have the power within us to achieve our dreams. By surrounding ourselves with supportive people and focusing on our individual journeys, we can all move towards a life of fulfillment and joy.
